What is the VALTIGE Founder's Series?
Our first release: three curated boxes of performance products from different brands, delivered across about six months, for one upfront payment.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. There's no monthly billing. You pay once and that covers all three boxes.
Can I give the Founder's Series as a gift?
Yes. Choose "It's a gift" when you join, add a note, and enter their address at checkout. You can answer their athlete profile yourself or have us email them to fill it out. We'll include your note with their first box.
Do I pay once or for each box?
Once. The price covers the complete series.
Can I cancel after purchasing?
No. Founder's Series purchases are final after checkout, except where required by law or if we can't fulfill your order. Future boxes are part of your original purchase. See our Refund & Return Policy.
When will my boxes arrive?
Your three boxes ship at different times across the roughly six-month series. Estimated shipping information is provided at checkout, and dates are estimates until each box ships.
Is shipping included? Where do you ship?
Any shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout before you pay.
Will this cover my supplements and fuel for six months?
No. The Founder's Series is built for discovery, not as your full supply. Keep your go-to products stocked and use your boxes to try new brands.
What types of products can be included?
Products across categories like hydration, fuel, protein, recovery, running essentials, training accessories, apparel and other performance products.
Are specific brands or products guaranteed?
No. Photos and examples on this page don't guarantee a specific product. Brands and products change from box to box.
How does apparel sizing work?
You'll give us sizing in your athlete profile when you join, so apparel in later boxes fits. Please make sure it's accurate. Fit can vary between brands.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us soon after delivery with your order info and photos. We may offer a replacement, credit or refund for the affected item.
Can I change my shipping address before my next box?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible, before your next box ships. Once a box is in fulfillment, we may not be able to change it.
What happens after the Founder's Series?
We're planning a curated subscription that adapts as you try new products. If it launches, Founders get a special rate for their first year and a starting point built on the preferences they found during the series.
Training is personal.
What works for one athlete may not work for another. The Founder's Series gives you six months to discover products in your own training and find what earns a place in your routine.
